Due to the high value and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we maintain a strict return policy, consistent with other luxury fine jewelry brands. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original packaging included. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, engraving, or alteration will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued only after the returned jewelry is received and inspected by our team.
