All orders are shipped via FedEx and are fully insured for the full value of the purchase.

Van Goethem Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control once the package has been shipped. Shipping cost for jewelry sent in for repairs and inspections are to be covered by the customer.
For all international shipments, there is a flat fee of 200$. The shipping is insured, and door-to-door with an adult signature required upon receipt.
For all international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Van Goethem Diamonds is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays. If the customer refuses delivery due to government-required costs from the destination country, incurred costs to return the package to sender are the responsibility of the purchaser. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
Due to the high value and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we maintain a strict return policy, consistent with other luxury fine jewelry brands.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original packaging included
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Returns showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, engraving, or alteration will not be accepted
Refunds will be issued only after the returned jewelry is received and inspected by our team.
